Adrienne grew up in California, raised by her mother, a journalist, and her father who was a businessman. She is of at least part-African-American descent as her mother is African-American. Career as a reporter

Adrienne launched her career as a reporter in 2004, when she joined the KCRA TV network and began working as their traffic anchor. She spent several years at the station working on her skills, and was eventually promoted to the position of a reporter, news anchor, and a TV host. She covered some major stories such as the Japanese earthquake and tsunami in 2011, Governor Jerry Brown’s run for office in 2010 as well the entire case of Jaycee Dugard, the missing child. After eight years at the network, Adrienne quit and started working for KTVT in January 2012 when she was offered a position of an anchor and the host of their “CBS 11 News This Morning” as well as “CBS 11 News at 11” shows.
