How to Find Biological Features
Scan a planet with probes, then browse through a filter that will mark places where you can find this or that bio signal with a blue overlay.
Every plant has its own terrain preference. Some like broken rocky areas, some grow on mountains, some in valleys and some on the plains. It’s always consistent per species and colour (and there are about 800 combinations in total to find.)
After scanning the planet surface, use Q and E to cycle through the filters and pick one.
Then aim for the greenish blue patches, not the light or dark blue.
