Use the vidcom and call Reyes. You can accept his invitation to be his +1 at the party hosted by Sloane Kelly. You can also reject his offer. In the second case, the mission will end here.

3. Meet Reyes at Outcast headquarters

Reyes Vidal has invited you to be his +1 at a party hosted by Sloane Kelly.

4. Mingle with party guests (x3)

Talk to Kaetus, Keema Dohrgun, and Sloane Kelly.

5. Find Reyes

During a conversation with Reyes, you will have to make a "time limited" decision: Kiss him or not.
